Downtown Dallas and Fort Worth are equal distances (about 18 miles) in opposite Interstate-30 directions. Other sporting venues such as American Airlines Center (home to the NBA Dallas Mavericks and NHL Dallas Stars), Lone Star Park horse racing and the Texas Motor Speedway are accessible. The University of Texas at Arlington and University of Dallas are in the nearby vicinity.
